In order of volume/attention grabbing:

1) Ringing in my ears or head (I can't tell the location)
2) There's some sort of fan on, maybe the central heater
3) The low oscillating hum of the dryer with clothes banging around
4) My slight headache feels like a sound behind my right eye that's attached to the ringing
5) My inner monologue
6) The background song in my head is Killer by Eminem playing in my head for some reason. Particularly, the part that goes, "5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30" on repeat.
