The majority of music I listen to is rap like Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne , Jay- Z, Jadakiss , Eminem Snoop Dogg/Lion, 2Pac etc.. But I also like other artists such as Linkin Park, Katy Perry , Lady GaGa, etc.... I even like a few MJ songs.

I like a lot of other songs but those are some good ones.

My favorite music is progressive rock/metal, but I like many other forms of music too; I don't like satanic music (i.e. anything that promotes the belief in satan); I HATE country, and I don't like emo/ most pop punk either. No whiny "boyband" voices, please. Strangely, I am very sensitive to music too (yes - sad music makes me cry and it can be embarrassing in public), and sounds in general. In short, I like my music very complex - odd time signatures, polymeters, passionate singing and emotional as well, and forgive me for using this term...but music that blows you away mentally and emotionally. For example, one of many of my favorite songs is Awaken by Yes. I describe it as 16 minutes of bliss. I'm not against pop music, but it's not my favorite.

Mainly metal/ hard rock, Im a huge fan of Melodic/ Symphonic Death Metal, Power Metal, and 80-90's Thrash. I also love Electronica (not much of a dubsetp fan though), as well as Classical and Traditional (ethnic) music. I use gagaku-esque scalar structures like the Iwata in a lot of my stuff.
