Reminds me of a new Outer Limits episode where a young couple hire a genetic engineering firm so they'll have the perfect baby.

I think you need some more things to happen to the girl after she's re-engineered. There have to be some drawbacks, and a downside. Along with that she should feel sorrow for the drug addled rich girls, and become overwhelmed by the shallowness of everyday life ....
