Hi guys! Guess what... I'm writing my first novel!! ! "Fumbling Towards Ecstasy" is the title (it is named after the Sarah McLachlan song, which is the inspiration for it), it chronicles seven women. Claire Donaghy, Lisa Halston, Melanie Carpenter, Ashley Jones, Alexis Parkington, Haley Harper. and Rebecca Dawson. The Plot: They try to overcome their fears and struggles while bonding with one another in the process (each of them has a type of mental disorder), I am currently working on the second chapter. I don't think I will be able to send chapter previews though, as I don't want to spoil anything. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. And, who knows, maybe this will turn into a series.

Don't forget to contact her or her lawyers about using the title for the book. There may be copyright issues involved...aside from that, the world needs more novels...

Go to google, enter

"whatever the title is" - include the leading and trailing "'s

and it will pull things up. I would be pretty sure that the title of the song is copyrighted, but you can ask for permission from whomever holds the copyright (not always the writer of the song, strangely enough).

The worst thing they can say is 'no'...
