Hey every one i'm Blake. And I was looking at making my own online radio on website, because I read of the internet that it is free but it never said anything about other peoples music like Linkin Park, Eminem and all.

Can people help me out with all this, because i don't want to break any laws. I'm in Australia.

If there were any laws to be broken by it, then Shoutcast would be a myth.

it's kinda dicey, if it's US stuff. RIAA will put a hurtin' on you (mainly if you're making money).
Still, if you're small enough, you might squeeze by.
