Looking for someone able to draw city-scapes

I have been working on an idea, but need to know if I am able to convey information well enough to an artist that they can render my ideas onto paper as I lack any artistic ability. I realize such tasks are difficult and time consuming, but I also remembered that aspies tend to have artistic talent and enjoy using their talent for its own sake (I know I'd write a story for someone without needing compensation) so I thought I'd try here. The following is information on the city, first part is information reguarding its culture and goverment to give the feel I want to convey. The second part gives more info on designs and land marks. Thank you in advance if you decide to help.

Motto: "Burn bright, die young"

Daily Life: The Zeppel believe life is all too brief. The average citizen completely lacks any concept of long term effects of their actions. Most of the other major cities view this as immature, though they cannot comprihend why others are so concerned with how things will be long after their deaths. To them all that matters is the now, however their belief in the ultimate futility of life leaves a nagging sense of depression. Combined this leads most of their culture to lose themselves in life. Sex, rad-killing unicorn motorcycles, thrill seeking, drinking, are all fairly common place. Zeppel is the city for those that love to party, however in contrast they also work hard. The motivation to earn more to party harder leads to a suprisingly high productivity.

Goverment: In contrast to the lower-class continual celebrations the ruling class is suprisingly docile. Rather their nihilistic views extend to the point they view even revelling in excess to be meaningless. Thus instead they lose themselves in their work. Sacrificing their own personal pleasure to keep the societies self-destructive tendencies from taking down the city as whole. For this reason accending to the ruling class is in fact effortless, but requires the citizen to take up the life-style more simular to that of a monk. Thus removing most of the reasons people strive for goverment positions in other cities.

Arcitecture Like the society the aestetics take sharp contrasts. The towering and prestine spires at first glance show off a level or prosperity and excess. However these towers also block out the sky and especially at night give a sense of intimidation that further instills a sense of insignifigance

Technology Their lack of concern for long term effects has led to a booming industry of bio-modifications and rad-killing unicorn motorcycles as well as low level medicine as a result. Some of these performance enhancing technologies are wonderous scientific marvels. However many have side-effects, some that argueably outweigh the perks




Unlike most of the great cities it has no walls to defend itself, for it does not need them. Zeppel is a platue island with shear cliffs on all sides. Only a single bridge connects it with the mainland. The bridge is simular to that of a drawbridge, only it lowers rather then raises. The buildings tending to grow taller as they go inland, with the capital building, the largest building in the city, at the center. The capital building is the oldest building in the city, built by some civilization that existed long ago it dwarfs all others. Standing over a quarter of a mile high, and a base radius of 300ft. The base is black obsidian spiraling and fading into white crystal. Its surface is otherwise featureless.

The next tallest, and closest buildings are half to 2/3 as tall as the capital. Some attempt to mirror the capital building, however with a few features, often connecting walkways. The others are more conventional towers. Square and rectangular shapes, much like modern skyscrapers. These buildings house major events and businesses. Gladitorial matches held in massive underground rooms, parties taking up several floors, rad-killing unicorn motorcycle dens that continually pipe narcotics through the ventalation system, ect.

As you radiate outward the buildings become smaller and more crude. The spires quickly becoming non-existant. With buildings spread out more chaotically, roads ending and merging suddenly. Rather then major events these areas focus on quick cheap thrills. Grand orgie rooms replaced with whore houses, casinos become gambling dens, and so forth. However they still maintain the cities over all designs

All buildings have their lower levels made of obsidian and other dark materials, while the upper ones are made of hues of white. Due to the buildings tendency of growing taller as you move inward, from the outside the city seems to be rather white and pristine. However standing on the ground within most of your view is consumed by bleak darkness, made worse by the lack of lighting from the narrow roads, various walkways, and high towers.
