I'm very versatile... I wasn't brought up on pizza, burgers, and mac & cheese. I always tried new things... well, usually. There were very few things I didn't like, and now I'm finding that as I'm getting older there's actually less things i can/want to eat. I've eaten sushi, including the eel, beef tongue, possibly some other things that make some peoples' skin crawl. I draw the line at bugs... but I would give chocolate covered ants a try.

Where to start? Tell you what NOT:

eggs, mustard, mayonnaise; food with textures like papaya, avocado, mushrooms; liver, kidneys, stinky cheese [Brie is out on mold AND texture].

Love pork [pork tongues for the gods], firm not too sharp cheese, smoked meats, pineapple, guava [I have to watch the texture, though], most fish, shrimp.
