Music for any time of the day!

Happy; Pink Floyd - Arnold Layne
Sad; Radiohead - Exit Music (For a Film) - Although I can listen to this anytime :D
Angry; Agoraphobic Nosebleed - Altered States of America (Whole album, but it's baisically one song - - 101 songs crammed into about 20 mins!!)
Relaxed; Radiohead (again) - Treefingers or Pink Floyd - Us and Them or even Sigur Ros - Starálfur
Crazy; System of a Down - Soil or the Locust - Safety Second, Body Last (Again an album, but two songs that sound like one)
Funny; The Beatles - I Am The Walrus (probably put that under stoned)
Dark; Sikth - Tupelo
Strange; Radiohead (again, sorry!) - Kid A or Serart - Cinema.

List your own emotionally listen music! Although some of my list is probably lists of musical catagories as apossed to emotion... maybe not. Take what you will out of this, hopefully you like my taste :)

I like your taste in music.

When I'm happy, I'll listen to any music I like. Just anything

When I'm sad or mad, I'll listen to ballads or any slow song, don't know why but they have a calming effect on me

thanks :)

I'm the same really, I really like epic, dark, slow songs. I suppose I like depressing songs aswell really. I just really love hearing loads of emotion in music. It makes feel all.. ooooh shakey and that.

In contrast I also love to hear apsolutely mental music, with crazy phsyco singers and crazy loud super mental guitars/beats/bass whatever. I suppose that's quite emotional aswell. :)

I don't like pirate metal/classical metal/folk metal though... i think that's all pretty rubbish. Or country, really boring.

I don't know. Specific songs seem to have very specific moods. I think It's too complicated to write down in any meaningful way. I tend to get single songs that become the theme for a certain feeling for a while, and then the feeling passes out of my life, and the song loses it's relevance and also passes.

I tend to listen to metal and classical with my emotions. I connect pretty deeply with music, and I often use metal and/or classical to calm down or cheer myself up. Not death metal, though. Power or symphonic metal, i.e. Nightwish, Sonata Arctica, DragonForce, etc.

all human-created music affects my emotions to some degree. however, machine-created music doesn't, or human-created music which emulates machine music.
