Flutes need cutesy feminine names, like Mindy, Sally, Suzie... I'd say "Tina" but that's also street slang for crystal meth, so I won't include it.

I named all four of my guitars. Gem, Noel, Johnny, and Paul. Both of my cars had names too. I name everything.

I'm not opposed to naming instruments. I named my first (plastic) clarinet after it's previous owner: Bethany. My first wooden one was simply "Baby." But my Leblanc Opus remains unnamed. I guess I just lost interest after that.

I have a bass guitar, two Fender electric guitars (a strat and a tele), a few keyboards, and I've been the proud owner of a Synclavier for nearly two months now. I think I should name the Synclav, but I'm really stuck on that one. "Big Bertha" seems appropriate, and anyone who has actually SEEN a Synclavier will know exactly what I'm talking about!

I never named any of my instruments.

My ukulele, I just use the running gag when referencing it...Uke, I'm your father.
Haven't named the guitar though.

If I win this certain bid, I will break my trend and name it. I'm going to name it Sally since it's a Mustang.

I don't know if I want to name my piano. Maybe something Chinese. Or Lord Kromdar the Invincible after the demon that pops up in seemingly every episode of the sesame street parody Wonder Showzen. Kromdar is really just Calibos from the old Clash of The Titans.

This is one of the appearances of Kromdar in the show.

I'd name my instrument, only since I'm a singer it would seem weird to name my vocal cords

The only other instruments I play are guitar, trombone and Baritone, though I've not played the baritone nor the trombone in 4 years. I also sing, but like bnorval says, it's stupid to name your vocal chords. Maybe I should name my guitar after a star since I'm into astronomy. Perhaps Alcor? Altair? Tau Ceti? Gliese?

My musical keyboard has a first and last name: Korg Triton. It thinks it's Greek or something
