I like the intro to Eye in the Sky by The Alan Parsons Project, especially compared to the rest of the song, which is a bit ordinary.

Kanon Wakeshima. I know that some people may not like her intros, but most of them are cool, especially to the song Suna no Oshiro.

By the way, Suna no Oshiro means sand castles in Japanese.

Knights of Cydonia by Muse! Not only is it absolutely fabulous, but the intro lasts a good two minutes.

"Musical Passion" by Two Girls. The first 30 seconds or so have this neat, vaguely Japanese-sounding instrumental, but the song goes downhill once the girls start singing. They're not very good, and their accents are very thick so it's difficult to understand what they're saying.
