I've got an account there. It can be difficult for serious fine artists to attract attention there, unless you're already very well known. Most of the work that gets recognized is anime fanart, nude photography (for obvious reasons), and commercial artwork. There are exceptions, of course, but it's very rare that I've seen traditional painters receive the same sorts of accolades.
