I tend to listen to ambient/space or trance. It improves the space I'm in without distracting me.

Oops. I've done this. Wish I'd seen this while I still had the narcissists in my life. I've said to someone being abused by narcissists, "she's always been nice to me." Wrong response. My friend had to tell me, "She may be nice to you to your face, but behind your back she is f-ing horrible." And they were right. I had dismissed narcissist's badmouthing me as coming from bad information, but bad information or not, it was still behind my back. And it was happening to other people, too.
