I'm not a huge Nirvana fan, but I like that cover of a Leadbelly tune they did. "In the Pines". (not sure if that's the name). I have to say that Smells like teen spirit is a very fun song to play on guitar. I was in high school when Nevermind went big and I played the hell out of that song.

I'd say that my favorite is their cover of "Man Who Sold the World."

Out of their own songs..."Breed", "Come as You Are", "Lithium", "In Bloom", "Heart-Shaped Box","All Apologies", and obviously "Smells Like Teen Spirit"...not in any specific order

I used to be obsessed with them when I was a teenager. People must have thought I was crazy, and maybe I was, a little.

I have to admit, I love Kurt Cobain's angst-ridden playing... could be described as symbolic, almost.

Something in the Way
Serve the Servants
Come As You Are
Jesus Doesn't Want Me For a Sunbeam
Lithium
In Bloom
All Apologies
Pennyroyal Tea

We should make a big poll to choose the top!

I like:
1. You know you're right
2. Sappy
3. About a girl
4. Heart shaped box
5. Smells like teen spirit

I think it's enough, because their songs are too similar. They have a big load of emotions, but I have problems with emotions. I think that these emotions are more important than lyrics.

Mmmm

Love Buzz
Very Ape
About a Girl
Drain You
Dive
School

Need to dig 'em out out for a relisten. Nirvana came along just in time to be the soundtrack of my puberty and the beginning of a long and drawn out nihilism and passive aggressive rebellion against the world.
