How come I never see anyone pursuing a Keith Moon's style of drumming? Like...no sets similar to what he had in the late 60s or his style of a very melodic drum style.

With that, there is no hi-hat, there's much more extensive use of the toms throughout the song. I realize he was a legendary drummer and faster than most any other drummer out there but it still doesn't really explain the entire lacking of any drummer who follows his style of drumming and really sounds like him.
