My rainbow, bastard son, hungry bear
Perfection is a rainbow,
beautiful and unreachable,
I grasp for you,
the illusion fades quickly.
sun, oh sun, shine down please,
when night comes, my heart bleeds.
Colors dance through your face,
your eyes stun mine,
I lust for you,
you fade into time.
Sun, oh sun, shine down please,
so her visage can bring me to my knees.
Dark clouds torture the sky,
the sun shines no more,
I want to see you,
Lift me off the floor.
Sun, oh sun, shine down please,
I bleed on my knees.
Ghostly mist, becons the dawn,
blood drys and the sun shines,
I can see you again,
but my knees are stuck to the floor.
Sun, oh sun, shine down please,
I cant see her and my heart bleeds.

So gruesome, bastard son,
condemned to be alone,
Listen to their hateful words,
Among them, you belong?
Their words reveal their soul,
Monster, heathen, devil,
their soul revels in their words,
begone now, outsider.
So gruesome, bastard son,
no longer walking alone,
stones drive him on,
he runs now, bleeding strong.
Pitchforks and pitch fires,
smoke taints the air,
Their screams pierce the sky,
blood taints the ground.
So gruesome, bastard son,
Wishing he was alone,
their words drive him on,
pelting him like stone.
The faith twists the mind,
upon my back a cross is placed,
I was not born this way,
I die for your sins,
not by choice.
So beautiful, bastard son,
No longer walking alone,
he thanks their words,
he is home, where he belongs.
Spring rain awakens the flowers,
the forst springs to life,
So too does the beast awaken,
hunger dwells within.
Pain dancing round, spirit builds,
pushed forward by an inner god,
a sweet scent on the air awakens,
the beast within,
Driven with one purpose.
Moon and starlight shine,
I pray for forgiveness,
deaf or unworthy, silence returns,
The beast remains.
Bars on his cage ring restless,
his roar breeds power and venom,
his might is not without consequence,
time may heal this wound.
Moon and starlight shine,
I pray for forgiveness,
this beast of mine,
roaring and restless.
An ominous howl erupts,
from the beast within,
The forest is ablaze,
He ventures from his den.
Moon and starlight shine,
I pray for forgiveness,
An answer in return,
Time will not heal your wounds.
The sun glimmers on,
the beast eats a fawn,
no longer asking forgiveness,
listening to the god within.
