Hi, god.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I can't seem to connect with anyone on my own. So I'm going to pretend you exist. And that you are on my side.

So let's take a ride, you willing. Let us rollback. Break through matter and ride the wavelengths of time. If all that exists does not shatter, then make me dumb. Birth me of the mundane average. Disconnect my connections and let me start over. I don't want to know anymore.

Being of kind and stoic mind does the individual no good. I've been lied to with 2,000 years of literature. Make me forget it. Instead give me the conformity and need for modern needs. Take away the science and bring the fantastic, I want the dream back.

The comfort of tripping along down the rut to eternal life. Lock me in. Tight. I don't want to see from outside ever again. I'll relinquish all those kicks of endorphins. Those tingly little demons that pushed me to see the reality of everything around me. I'll trade that satisfaction of learning the world for a place in the the world. Fantastic through my eyes.
