The only way I can draw hands is to use my 'hand model' which is a little wooden hand that you can bend into various shapes. It is the right hand as well and because most people are right handed (sorry to lefties) this means they can use their own left hand for modelling.

one thing is sucking at drawing hands... something else is switching the left and right hands positions... the latter is a mistake that hasn't anything to do with your very nice drawing skills... :wink:

look closely...

the girls thumbs are on the wrong side of her hands.... if you hold your hands up like her, with your palms away from you... your thumbs will be in between your hands... and they can actually touch each other easily....

if you hold up your hands, but with the palms facing towards yourself, your thumbs will be on the outside of your hand... not able to touch each other without crossing your arms first...

can you see what is wrong now? ;-)
