It's a progressive rock band from the 1970s, but I know they sound good, I listened to the full album "Thick as a Brick", which is just a 40 minute song.

They're pretty nice from the few songs I've heard by them. Guess it's about time I started looking up some of their other stuff. So far this one's my favorite:

Oddly enough it reminds me of this other song from one of the Sonic the Hedgehog video games:

jethro tull was born in 1674, and he invented the seed drill plow.

the band "jethro tull" is headed by ian anderson and he is a genius in my mind. he plays the flute very well, but moreso, his song writing ability is astonishing.

i think his music sounds medieval, but in an electric and modern way. i used to imagine how medieval people would have responded to his music (in it's modern electric form). i think he would have been seen as a god of music back then.

i have every album of his (on the computer), and some of my favorite songs of his are songs that his regular fans did not include in their list of favorites.

the song "one brown mouse" is very heart wrenching to me. i am a rather cold an emotionless person, but that song does make me sad. this example i found is inferior in sound quality, but it is all i could find. the real song is quite high fidelity.

also i like hymn 43 but all i could find was a low fi example on youtube. it is very annoying because my copy of the song is very crisp and full and has dynamic depth. this clip sounds like a cheap transistor radio turned up beyond it's distortion threshold, but it is the only was i can show it because i am not authorized to upload my copy to broadcast. whatever

i like most of his songs, but there are some i do not.
