how do I link to pop-up music on my web site?

I want to add a link to classical music on my web based game. So visitors can click, see a pop-up, and either hear the music or click then hear it. Any suggestions?

I need a single link that goes straight to the music, or at most to one more click. I don't want full screens that cover my game, or anything confusing. Plus it has to be available all round the world - some radio stations have licensing issues.My first choice is classical music, but a pop-up that let users choose (without being confusing) would be great.

Any suggestions?
