Identikit - Radiohead
They played at the American Airlines Arena a few days ago, and this song was introduced!
The quality isn't all that great.
Nevertheless, I think it's going to be awesome when it's recorded!
Check it out! It starts getting really good at 1:40!

And here is their other song, Cut a Hole. It sounds haunting.

I like the hook and the synths ( I think). It sounds mellow. Hope it sounds better recorded. Not to say it sounds bad but I could imagine that the recorded version will have more distinguished sounds.

I hope they're part of an upcoming album, and not singles.

I've been a fan since The Bends, but I just couldn't get into King of Limbs at all. I did love Codex and Lotus Flower.
I think it's very much Thom Yorke and The Radioheads, now. They can deliver an album full of potential singles when they feel they need to, which buys Thom some time to be very self-indulgent. I know he's on a quest to deliver music that as free from cliche as possible, but sometimes it can be at the expense of the listener.

Edit: Identikit is awesome. I really, really like that. It's good to hear Ed back on vocals, too.

I don't really 'get' Radiohead. It's weird because I like Coldplay and I LOVE Keane, who are supposedly their brethren.

Yeah, whenever I feel the need to get away from Thom Yorke, I like listen to projects done by the other members. The soundtrack for There Will be Blood is fantastic!

Now as the first no vote, I would like to make a good point here.

Radiohead are, in my eyes, not alternative rock anymore. They have become percussion heavy electronic music with rock touches.

Everything before OK Computer was great. Since then they have been waaaaay too inconsistent.

I love the sound of Phil's solo project. It's very folky.

I don't mind Thom Yorke that much, but I haven't listened to Radiohead for a long time.

I like that they change styles a lot.

The only period I can't really relate to is "In Rainbows". I guess early 2000s Radiohead would be my favourite era.

Coldplay and Keane are pop. I don't get the comparison either. I like all three bands, but for very different reasons. Coldplay have a very nice poppy sound and their earlier stuff is also pretty gloomy.

Keane are fun to listen to. I like both their poppy singles and their gloomier album tracks.

Radiohead though... They started off as a pop act with influences from Jeff Buckley and The Pixies. Then they got a bit rockier on "The Bends" and experimental on "OK Computer". "Kid A" and "Amnesiac" are very electronic. And "Hail To The Thief" is a bit of everything, really. They sound nothing like Keane.
