This song is loosely based on my experiences as being bullied my entire life because of being different, being autistic.

I could hear something like this over the closing credits on "Touch" (U.S. tv show about a boy who doesn't speak, just writes out numbers, and his father gets to interpret those messages in ways that make the world better). The music is kind of repetitive, but that fits the story line. If this was posted on a songwriting / lyrics board, I'd probably have more to say, but for what it is here, it's a nice job.
