Some of the english singing dutch bands also:

And the most recent dutch artist i love listening to is Caro Emerald.
Why, yes, indeed, NorwichAspie, I listen to Dutch pop music; mostly because I was raised with it.
I used to quite like Froger when I was a kid, I have less tolerance for Borsato, but there are a few songs by him which I think are beautiful. Have you heard 'Het Water'? (The water). You can find it on YT.
Doe Maar is great, Toontje Lager's hit song (Stiekem gedanst) is fun, Blof is quite good. I like VOF and Het Goede Doel as well.
I like 80s Dutch pop music, because back then it suddenly became a trend to sing in Dutch. That's not to say that I'm a nationalist (heavens no!), I simply disagree with the often-heard statement of Dutch people that Dutch is not a good language to use in poetry or song. In the 60s and 70s, and as of the 2000s, there are more Dutch bands and singers singing in English. The 80s and 90s were filled with Dutch-language gems. So I thank you also for your inclusion of Hans de Booij and Bloem.
Here are some you missed:

(parts in this song [the spoken intro and the bit near the bridge] are not in Dutch, but in Sranan, the local creole of Suriname, which is partly based on an English pidgin)
