This band is amazing, I love it, in case you don't know so much about it, here's some info;

Dimmu Borgir is a symphonic black metal band started in 1993, and they released their first studio album in 1995; For all tid/For all time, but the album that's their most original is Stormblaast, here's the self-titled song from the album;

Pretty good music, but not as good as Tvangeste, IMO.

For me it's all about the original Stormblåst - very good album. As far as symphonic/progressive black metal they weren't just messing around with the keyboards/piano either, lots of interesting stuff going on. They still keep the good old-fashioned black metal excitement going as well.

I'm not so into the later stuff - except when they really went way off the deep end and tried to fill in almost everything with an orchestra that was kind of interesting, but the songs themselves weren't up to the old standards. I prefer Arcturus and Borknagar for my cheesy progressive post-black metal.

I'm only familiar with Dimmuborgir the rock in Iceland, but this music sounds cool. I love black metal.
