I need help! 8O

I'm the Education Manager at Cottonwood Center for the Arts Artists' School in Colorado Springs, CO. I have been tasked with the responsibility of putting together a program for the Art School. The Executive Director has titled this program "Art on the Spectrum". He wants to offer one-on-one or very small group classes based on the needs and desires of the participating students. He has asked me to write up a 3-4 sentence description.

This is what I have so far...

Cottonwood Center for the Arts Presents

Art on the Spectrum, a creative art experience to encourage, enhance and enrich the lives of those on the autism spectrum. Professional and caring artists provide the instruction to help each individual define himself/herself as an artist. Art on the Spectrum is charged with the mission to guide aspiring artists to live richer lives through creative art expression. Whether a young child or an older adult, we deliver a vibrant art opportunity when you work with our instructors.

1) So does this speak to you as a parent or as a student?
2) What works?
3) What doesn't work?
4) Did I leave anything out?
5) Am I being ignorant or insulting?

Any criticism is welcomed as is encouragement. Thanks in advance for your help. :D
