If I could have a painful, risky, and expensive operation performed to make me selectively deaf to his "music" I definitely would.

Why all the animosity towards him? What'd he do to you? Maybe because I never hear his music because I never listen to the radio. Hmm. At least he's more tolerable than Nicki Minaj and LMFAO.

No animosity; it's just that most of the respondents so far are not pubescent girls or girly-boys going hormonal at the sight of a real-life bishonen, that's all.

Funny how he is the world's most famous musician, yet his music doesn't even sound like anything close to music.

He may be the most famous 'musician', but he seems to be the most popular with the tweens and adolescents, and not with the more mature general population.

That dude who made "Gangnam Style" has more youtube views now than Beiber. I don't get either, but OK. People just get annoyed when I play Japanese music, but apparently some Korean song that sounds vaguely like LMFAO is cool?

Apparently this is for losers, but then Korean rap with some portly man wearing a suit is cool? Huh?

^ I think it has to do with the lack of cultural acceptance being temporarily erased in the general (and shallow) American public. Anything that sounds remotely like rap or something popular gets people worked up these days. I personally like the song, but not because everyone else likes it.

I've hated Bieber's music from the start, but it's tolerable.

I have no animosity towards him. I think his music sucks, so it's okay to talk some crap on it.

I'm pretty sure the most famous musician is John Lennon, not Justin Bieber.

The only reason people like the song is because PSY does a funny dance.
