I post these on facebook but I don't know if anyone "gets" them.

I have been turned into
a prey animal
and my life becomes
as if I were being
hunted

Do you see now
why I balk at

pulsing fluorescent lights
high pitched noise
sudden sounds
your eyes
the closeness of
another human being?

it's all danger
it's all the curious
firing of the
wiring of my
beautifully strange
brain.

It comes, I balk
my mind has room
for little else.
