I often hunker down in an environment & compose a poem. The subject of the poem is always a person that has somehow struck a chord. I prefer it when said person is guaranteed to remain in the same area, as it gives me time to leave, write the poesy, & bestow it upon the subject. Employees at shops are common targets. Sometimes a beautiful person embarks on the bus & I strive to write the poem before they depart. I find that it takes little courage to hand the subject my verses. I then go home & draw my subject.
