Good photography

One of my interests is photography, although I'm just starting out as far as actually taking pictures myself. Anyway, like many people, I try to keep an eye out for particularly nice photographs as I'm browsing around, etc. I look for things that I think I can learn something about photography from, or that just really strike me in one way or another, or both (usually both).

So I was just going to post a link to some photos I thought were really good, and you can do the same if you want:

I'm sorry the pictures I uploaded didn't work for you. I've sometimes heard of people having problems with Imgur. I looked at some other image hosting sites and that seemed to be the best one. If you can suggest another method I can try that.

It's not your link, it's my work's net nanny. Due to economic tough times, I have no internet service at home, so I haven't even seen my own Flickr page in almost a year. I'm Goofykid on Flickr if you're curious. I love photography but I don't really know what I'm doing, so don't expect much if you look.

I looked at your Flickr pages and I thought a lot of your shots were really good (and you seem to have better equipment than I'm currently working with). You definitely seem to have "the eye." I especially liked those shots of the fall colors seen through the car's side mirror. I get ideas all the time for different things like that to try with photography.

If you find yourself with access to an unblocked computer sometime (maybe a library or something?), here's a link to a few shots I took over the last year. (Of course, anyone else who might be interested can take a look too.) I tried to upload a few more pictures, but Imgur was freezing up, so I guess that will have to be all for now (unless anyone requests more - haha!) It seems like I tend a lot towards abstract and macro photography, but I like to do all kinds of other stuff as well.
