Too many to list.
Being a canuck I may be biased but in thrash’s glory days Canada had a pretty damn good scene though – Voivod, Voor, Slaughter, Razor, Damnation, Infernal Majesty, Sacrifice, Dead Brain Cells, Piledriver etc.

Brazil’s scene was probably the most extreme (followed by that of Germany perhaps) and offered many astounding acts, some which would become influential pieces for the groundwork of death and black metal
Early Sepultura, Sarcofago, Chakal, Holocasto, Vulcano, Sextrash, Mutilator, Dorsal Atlantica…

Contrary to popular belief Germany had a number of other solid thrash acts aside from the “big 3”… e.g Darkness, Necronomicon, Tankard, Living Death, Deathrow, Exumer etc.

If I had to narrow it down some all time favourite albums from all over the world would be:
SLAYER – Hell Awaits
SLAYER – Reign In Blood
SARCOFAGO – INRI
SEPULTURA – Morbid Visions
VOIVOD – Killing Technology
KREATOR – Endless Pain
SODOM – In the Sign of Evil EP
DESTRUCTION – Sentence of Death EP
SLAUGHTER – Strappado
DISCHARGE – Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing (hardcore punk that really helped pioneer the style)
VULCANO – Bloody Vengeance
CARNIVORE – Retaliation
METALLICA – Master of Puppets
NUM SKULL – Ritually Abused
MORBID SAINT – Spectrum of Death
POSSESSED – Seven Churches
BULLDOZER – The Day of Wrath

Other black/thrash bands I enjoy – Destroyer 666, Vomitor, Nocturnal Graves, Absu, Aura Noir, Desaster, Abigail, Bestial Mockery, Barbatos, Impaled Nazarene, Nifelheim, Grand Belial’s Key at times etc.
Although the music differs quite a bit from the bands I mentioned, I suppose Venom, Bathory and Hellhammer/Celtic Frost are a hybrid of ‘black’ (in it’s earliest form) and a big of thrash as well and warrant a mention here…

Blasphemy was a Canadian band right? Didn't like what they stood for, but the music was good.

Indeed they are, from the same province as me actually. Legendary stuff for sure, though I didn't list them because they aren't thrash metal. Western Canada has (or had) a pretty big “war metal” scene and it’s full of bands that wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Blasphemy. (Revenge, Axis of Advance, Conqueror, Sacramentary Abolishment, Allfather etc.)
As far as chaotic black/death of this time period goes “Fallen Angel of Doom” might even be my second favourite release behind Beherit’s “The Oath of Black Blood”.
It is among my very favourite war metal releases as well.
