Ideas for writing Erotica?

I don't know if I should put this in the adult section or not, but I got an idea for an erotica but its kinda like a fantasy thing that has personal development through sexual experiences, and I have never written anything like that. I am having some difficulties figuring out how to cause the imbalance but the basic idea is:

There are many clans/tribes and the most advanced is a female ruled city that is basically like where are the art and class is. Then the surrounding mountains have much more simple barbarian like tribes. Not all men, But the central advanced area raids the outer tribes and takes girls to become soldiers and things. I was thinking that they have power because they can also use magic. Like all female citizens of the original bloodline of that area can use magic and are kinda like royalty, but more like.... purebloods in harry potter. So in order to breed they need to bring men in. So I wanted to write a story about a boy who is taken as a slave by one tribe then captured by this city and raised in some way special then at a certain age given to be the protector and reproductive partner of some girl in the central area. Kinda like a slave or servant. So she gets him and gets to train him and the story is told from his perspective. Obviously this relationship would be highly sexual. I felt that he could be from a more distant tribe that also had magic and so he was thought to be a better mate. Perhaps she is a princess? Anyway because he has come from a different place together they topple the matriarchal society and restore a balance and spread their wealth and wisdom to the wild warring factions they have been oppressing and letting flop in the filth. I was thinking I could give them a pantheon.

Then the gods gave the women the power to begin with like, There husbands were all of fighting wars with each other and they all met up and asked for power to because they were tired of being treated like crap so the mother god told them no that she would not give them the power they sought and that they should find another way but the jealous sister god of the ...Sun?... sympathized and gave them the power of the arcane and saw too it that there husbands all fought till there armys were very weak and when they came home the 3 wives struck down there men with magic and then the tribes banded together.

So my question is, does anyone have any better ideas for how i can tie these things together? I was thinking women got some power but someone somewhere got another power that this boy had. Or perhaps he was chosen when he was born by the brother god to balance the world. I'm trying to figure out how this couple can meet, and what the matriarchal civilization would look like.

For the record I want them to all become equal. Not have the men come out as dominant.

The difference between erotica and pron is subtle, but significant.

Porn focuses on the act of coitus, while erotica focuses on the people involved and the relationships between them.

Thus, in porn, the dialog is limited and the plot is practically non-existent - it's just two (or more) people f***ing and making noise.

In erotica, the plot is character-driven, and the characters have depth and motivation for what they do, and the sex seems more real than even the most graphic pen-and-money shots.

Yea I wanted there to be alot of story. And then basically my fantasys. But I am not really sure what to do with the plot to make it interesting and have it have continuity.

Just take any ordinary story from any standard genre, featuring two (or more) ordinary people as they deal with changing circumstances.

As for the "steamy" scenes, try not to turn them into frame-by-frame descriptions of what the characters are doing, but instead describe the reactions of the characters to what they're experiencing.

Barbara Cartland was a master at this, even though she did add some explicit details now and then. She was a woman who wrote for women, and I think that women write the best erotica, by far. Without a woman's perspective, a man's attempts at writing erotica usually devolve into smut, as if the man is writing a script for a porn movie.

Your background in science-fiction may actually work against your efforts.
