Thoughts on a comic book soundtrack

Okay...

My comic book series (which I expect to be about 26 issues, with a combined total of 832 pages) takes place in a version of our world where superheroes and supervillains are a fact of life. Into this world comes a teenage boy, Sean Gillespie. Due to an evolutionary fluke, Sean was born with various Superman-like powers, such as flight, enhanced senses, etc. He dons the costumed persona of Alphaboy as a means of making a difference in an uncertain world. He makes an enemy in the form of the monstrous Zauzer, gets a girlfriend, and generally finds himself trying to balance his "normal" life with his heroics.

some good musical choices here. i spend a lot of time thinking about music because i love it but also because i like to make circus/cabaret shows.
do you make both the story board and the artwork all yourself?
i only ask because it sounds like a mammoth task for one person.

No, I'm just doing the writing. Besides, when I'm finished with the whole series, it'll be sometime before I find an artist and a publisher. Thanks for your thoughts, sepia. Music tends to help me create.
