You make beats? Have you got a website or a link you could post for me to listen to them?

Sure. Finished songs, but should give somewhat of a taste of a few styles I've attempted.

Eminem is my favorite artist. I can relate to his songs more than those of anyone.

Listening to, ATM:

As you can tell I'm particular to NYC. Mobb Deep especially, though I make an exception for Cypress Hill.

For the most part I find I'm real particular - both on beats, voice, and word-smithing. I like P & H a lot (Mobb), Method Man (Tical 2000 especially), I don't know exactly what's out there right now - I know I'm liking the newer beats, like the deeper stuff, I'd still have to get my eyes reopened to the scene to get a sense of what I'd like right now. In recent years I liked some of Youngbuck and TI, I have liked some of the 70 BPM stuff I heard recently as well - I guess its just been a while since I've reexamined it, it definitely had a dead spell in the early 2000's though.

Taking a listen to a little bit of the grime that's out there - the thing I don't fully understand is why the UK doesn't just call it UK hip hop? I know they claim they derive more house or dubstep issues, they like the stutters and glitches but - just say 'this is how we do things' and leave it at that, they'll probably get more U.S. market that way - otherwise people like "Oh, is that some kind of techno?" - the word 'techno' over here is the kiss of death for any artist.

I am a fan of Eminem and Fitty Cent.

Portland has a really good hip-hop scene,
never been to a hip-hop concert though. {Not my thing.}

I listen to rap and hip hop although I'm pretty selective with what I like. I enjoy the music of Psychopathic Records and consider myself a member of the Juggalo subculture. Sometimes I'll go full out with the facepaint and clothing and such.

I'm into DJing and like making mixes with hip hop and breakbeat tracks.

I disliked rap for a long time. I'm foggy on how I got converted. But after 2005 I belatedly got into the more hardcore stuff from the early 90s. My knowledge of hiphop is pretty spotty. I like a little old Grandmaster Flash and Public Enemy, but I primarily listen to Notorious BIG, Jay-Z, Nas, Jeru the Damaja and Dr. Dre.

Oh yay, another fan of psychopathic records! :D I don't consider myself a juggalette, since I don't know every song nor do I do the facepaint or clothing, but I really do admire their fanbase for being SO loyal, and I enjoy their songs!

Awesome, what are your favourite psychopathic bands? And yep, when it comes to loyalty, juggalos are about as loyal as it gets :D Where I live there's a guy who's started up a juggalo fanclub and he made customized hoodies for all the members.

Ther arent many Juggalos around here but three of my closest friends are family. Other then that I havnt ever had the money to see any shows or go out to the gathering so I dont get to meet too many.

I'm a fan of all kinds of stuff but hip hop/rap-wise I like:

Notorious B.I.G (Life After Death)
Run DMC
Ice Cube (Death Certificate)
Cypress Hill (Black Sunday)
2pac
KRS-One
N.W.A
Dr. Dre (The Chronic)
DMX
Snoop Dogg (Mid-90's)

Anything but that southern garbage basically.
