Anyone else here play? I have my own Eb Alto which I named Lestat. My favourite piece to play is Pride (In the name of Love) by U2 (I really can't get into modern music).

Awesome. I reckon the saxophone is highly underrated.

I don't play but I love jazz sax. Saxophone is probably my favorite non-stringed instrument.

I can't play the saxophone, but I have played it onstage. Damn free-jazz & non-musicianship.

I played tenor through high school in all the school bands and I loved it. Haven't played in years now though, kinda miss it.

I remember my 18th birthday and how happy I was to have a saxophone again. I had one that the school owned but then I graduated.

Music never leaves you.

I want to learn how to play sax. Does anyone know where I can buy one on the cheap?

Right now, I'm re-learning how to play the recorder.

know how to play the tenor, don't have one, have a Bb clarinet that I can just move all tenor music onto <just have to transpose some of it> works well enough for me

I got Lestat for my birthday. He cost Mum $800 brand new.

I picked up the Saxophone and few months ago and have learned to play it with disturbing speed. My favorite songs tend to be more blue-green and I really don't like brown songs.

It took me three months and they put me in the school band. *blushes*

I love playing the saxophone, especially to songs I love, you just feel so passionate!
