does anyone associate pitches or scales with colours and does that make any sense in a music theory perspective?! like red and blue is purple, and then like, if red and blue are together a dissonant chord but for you it just sounds great, but because of that strange sensation that it is a "consonant" chord? anyone sharing some thoughts on that kind of things?

Not really much I can say as I do not have synesthesia and even though I know what it is I have little idea of what it must feel like.

I have gotten the "average musician" result on pitch recognition tests.

That's very interesting though that synesthesia has affected music for you.

My question is,how has it changed how you learn, perform and perceive music?
