Supposedly recorded off a West German radio station circa 1984, this song and its author has never been identified.

Over the years, the man who recorded it onto cassette tape has tried to identify it. Others have gotten involved. Surprising that with the Internet, no one has come forward and positively identified the song.

Any ideas?
