Once in a blue moon, I'll mess around with a program called Paint.NET, a poor man's Photoshop. I don't use it often and I'm not that great with it, but I like attempting to colorize old photos. Key word: attempting.

Since it's Christmastime, I typed in black and white Santa. One of the images that came up was from Art Carney in a Twilight Zone episode. Another user talking about subwoofers recently had another image of Art Carney as Satan Claus for his avatar, so I took it as a sign and went with that one. I felt like sharing. Why not?

He's presented in the less common green Santa suit. Scroll down to see him in RED and to see the original image.

Merry Christmas.

I just wanted to bump this for myself. I thought it was last year, but it was actually 2 years ago. Amazing how time flies. I haven't really done any colorizations since.

Merry Christmas everyone.

It's been 3 years since I did that last colorization...and I haven't done any colorizations of any kind since. Since I had the day off and some free time, I decided to mess around and do another one. I've gotten sloppier, but I didn't want this 2021 colorization to turn into another project. You know, keep going back to it and forever making little adjustments. So, I threw this one together, giving myself a deadline of completion, regardless of mistakes. Just wanted something passable.

Posting it here mainly for myself, but if anyone else is into colorizing B&W photos, and is much more advanced than me, I'd love to see them.

And merry Christmas, etc.
