Megadeth - United Abominations - MUCH better than expected, really nice surprise
Canibus - For Whom The Beat Tolls... - feels a bit sterile overall maybe?, but interesting none the less.

Those may actually be the only new albums i downloaded last year (i cant think of any others offhand), ive been focussing on discovering older stuff.

Meh, there weren't any great albums by any mega-bands, and I was too lazy to go looking too hard for any new artists last year. It was another year of Led Zeppelin and the Beatles for me. I was content with I liked the new Spoon album, but that was about all that I actually felt like spending $ on. 2008 seems like its gonna be better though (Vampire Weekend is awesome).
