wouldnt it be funny, if anyone accually stole that album and just said, well it said to do it on the album? Image

I believe SOAD named the album "Steal This Album!" because an incomplete version of the album was circulating around the internet and they weren't too happy about it.

But yeah, stealing it at a store sounds like something I'd do. =p

It's also a reference to Abbie Hoffman's 1971 book "Steal This Book".
