Anyone like Gorecki?

I suppose he's most famous for Symphony No. 3, which I really like.

I like Gorecki from what I have heard. A former piano teacher of mine performed a piece of his; I like how if you put "Wayne" in front of his name, it pronounces samely as famous Hockey player.

What do you like about him? (The dissonance is nice.)

I don't know really.
I quite like choral music: Thomas Tallis for instance.
That Gorecki piece I posted reminded me of Thomas Tallis a bit.
But then I don't really know much about music. (I'm not sure I'd recognise dissonance if I heard it.)
