Yeah. Last relationship was horrible. Had to be helped out of it by the guy I'm dating now. Well worth going through bad times if it means being with someone wonderful in the end. -Power Girl

I was in one relationship that lasted 6 years, and my current relationship has gone on for almost 6 years....so I guess I am in the minority...My first relationship sorta set me up for often being in long term relationships.

As you wait means the longer and healthier the relationship is.

Longest continuous relationship: 8+ years, '95-'03, we got married in '99.
After that, had 4 yr. relationship (intended marriage, though didn't get around to it-which in retrospect was good thing), but he broke up with me a couple months ago.
I prefer LTR's, though conditions/circumstances don't always enable those to occur.

three weeks, just cannot find anyone right for a longer relationship

I am married, have been for 6 years now.
(i got married less than 2 months after meeting him)

But before him... mmmmh i can be between a week to 3 months.
