The plan is as follows:

Buy two tickets for a gig at the nearest live music venue near me

Tell the girl I fancy that, shes coming with me to one cool concert

Choose a gig scheduled for Valantine's Day

What does everyone think of the cunning plan. I can't be arsed to make a poll.

The lady might just enjoy it, you might get lucky, as they say.

I do not know your age but I am sure you know about responsibility.

It sounds like a good plan if she's single, likes this kind of music, and has already established a rapport with you (you can't walk up to some girl who doesn't even know you and ask her if she'll go to a concert with you).

Now, I really don't what to blow this, though to someone else this disclosure may not seem so huge it means a lot to me.

I think they broke up in the early '90s.
They were an excellent band though.

I wasn't actually being completley honest.

I would be as polite as possible or seize up and bolt.

But I would be thinking "Urgh, PISS OFF you loser".
