Yeah you can have a laugh about it but I'm the one replying to 50 women on plenty of fish and most of them are between 7-10's in the looks range.

you don't understand that not everyone wants what you're having. some people don't go for that - they choose otherwise, they have different values, etc. you're a success according to some people's criteria, but other people would take a pass.

or some of them DO have dating successes and yet they don't feel like it is necessary to plaster it all over the forum like they are marking their territory. there's that.

At least my lines are honest and that's why they get replies, I'm not like "you have the most beautiful eyes and smile in the world, please date me" I just tell women how it is.

you might want to consider a side of humility along with your honesty, as people won't suffer you like this forever. it works to pick women up, but so far you've had zero success with maintaining a relationship.

I've gotten flak about this around here... apparently, plenty of people don't want anything more than casual sex. They don't believe in love, dating or relationships... just conquer, feel good, then acquire next target.

I've tried to share about how a good, stable, loving relationship is so much bigger and better... those same people scoff and consider me haughty or self-righteous. I'm not trying to say I'm better - I tried to convey that sex can be so much more than what's being pursued and acquired...

It's strange to me that much of the whole generation after me just doesn't believe in relationships anymore - not after +75% of their parents all had terrible relationships or divorces.

well, you have a good point that not everyone wants to have a full relationship and that would be totally fine if they truly were actually happy with that and their partners didn't mind. mostly i just i take issue with the way he is holding the numbers of women he can attract over other people's heads, as though he is somehow better because he can attract more women. it seems to me that if another person wanted to have a long-term relationship, all they need is one suitable person and not 50 sex partners on plentyoffish.

it's like if a person really wanted to get a good quality car, and someone else kept showing off that they have 75 bicycles. well so what about your shiny bikes? i want something that is more important to me personally than a bicycle.

It's actually pretty meaningful in terms of social experiments, there's a big difference between getting a ton of messages of 3-5 than 7-10's. It is about being able to apply yourself in the way that appeals to what you find most attractive.

Is it bad that I always manage to read "plentyoffish" as "plenty-offish"? {As in, there's plenty that's "off" about these people?} :wink:
