I'd hate to fall in love with twins and not know

Yes, that would be a bit of an issue. You might not be able to tell the differences between them if they shared intimate information between themselves. If you found out, could you trust them?

I have a bit of a twist on twins dating (true story):

I have a pair of identical female cousins that married a pair of identical twins. Yes, they did double blind dates when they met. One of their mutual friends set them up on the date. It gets more complicated though. Each of them had identical twins born less than a month apart one year later and another set two or three years later. That side of the family tree is a rather odd one during family reunions. It is like seeing double again and again when they show up. I had an uncle once comment that he thought he was drunk because of it.

In one of the Olsen Twins movies the twins started dating another set of twins & the girls dressed the same & swapped sides to test if the guys could tell them apart & the guys did. I saw that movie once when I was a teen so I don't remember which movie it was.

Both of my serious relationships were with someone who was a twin - fraternal, though, not identical. Each had a twin sister. A weird coincidence.

I wonder what percentage of relationships are saved by couples therapy

The Olsen Twins aren't identical.

I think they were playing identical twins in that movie though.

I think it may be actually better for me to wait with searching for a life company till my planned move-out to Ireland. I'm afraid someone I'd met where I live now could possibly become a huge barrier for my plans ("Why go there?" "I don't want move abroad!", "B-but family!" - Potential problems I can think of) and in worst case I wouldn't move out because of her and then have her leave me (or vice-versa, whatever would happen).

That being said I won't reject anyone because I met her in Poland, I'm just not going to "actively" search there because of that.

That seems like a good approach to me. Focus on your move for now & you could start seeking a partner more after you get settled in some. You could also seek a partner online from the area your planning to move to but I'd advise against that if you think your move might not happen for a while because I know from experience that long distance relationships get a lot more challenging once things start to get serious if you continue to remain long distance.
