today,when I was giving my female friend(co-worker)
our goodbye hug,she kissed me on the lips,
and she was very flirty,and I said we should hang
out sometimes and she said ''yeah''that be good.

If there is any advice i can give you is to go slow, i know this act of affection is good and feels good for the soul, however in my opinion it is a little random. Have you been able to do proper judgement of her?. I'm not trying to scare you but the one's that act in this kind of way in the early stages are usually ones who end up as no-goers. I know from things that my Friends and Acquaintances have told me, about certain people.

In all honesty i hope it works out, but go slow.

The OP has mentioned in a few other posts about this female being flirtly and friendly towards him.

Why don't you invite her out for dinner or a drink? Make sure to pay though so she knows it's a date.

yep,and she approach me,and did all the first moves.
btw she's not nt,she either has autism
or a learning disability,she very similiar to me.
