I know I'm averagely attractive, but often I am not happy with the way I look. I have now learnt that whatever I do to try and make myself look prettier, it never lasts long. Like if I straightened my hair, it'd probably start going back to it's original style in less than an hour, where as other girls' hair seems to stay straightened throughout most of the day, even if they don't straighten it again and again (I am not lugging straighteners about everywhere with me anyway). Or if I put eye make-up on, it'd probably come off or not show up properly on my eyes. I now think like this because I have just got my hair styled (the front shorter than the rest), but I still find I tuck it behind my ears because it keeps flopping down right in the middle my face, but I see other girls with the same sort of hair as me (who also don't straighten it) and their hair seems to stay out of their eyes. So it's either something I'm doing wrong or I must have very awkward hair.

Yes I think I am very attractive (I hope I don't sound like I'm bragging). My eyes really pop out but yet they're very soft and sweet looking (men may take advantage of this sometimes though). I am definitely overweight (mostly in the lower body) but the man I'm with now loves me the way I am. My personality snagged him more than anything. :)

In other news, up is is now down, and black will henceforth be known as "white".

Most women look good for each other and not just for men. It's really no different than a cat grooming it's fur to look nice.

On a side note, I don't get why men are expected to carry an unnaturally low body fat percentage and at the same time carrying lots of muscle--whereas a woman can look like an actress by not exercising at all.

I think you'll find cats groom themselves for practical reasons such as keeping the prey from being able to smell them when they're being stalked, keeping the fur pointing the right way to be waterproof.

about makeup: a lot of people have said they don't like the texture/feeling of makeup on skin. i have a sun allergy, so i have to wear a sunblock+sunscreen combination from february to october, reapplied several times a day (even if i am just in indirect sunlight, or if it is cloudy outside). it feels like wearing a mixture of hand cream and diaper rash ointment and it gets onto *everything* that i come into contact with. yet i would be mortified if someone didn't like touching me because of that. in a sense it's no different from makeup, yet i have no choice except to wear it. :(

I don't think i am pretty or beautiful. I am semi-attractive but in a kooky way like a comedian. I am just so differant, that it makes me semi-attractive. I am ok with this and kind of embrace it. I do get envious at times of all the perfect attractive girly girls and wish i could join their "group" but at the end of the day, i can't change who i am and i am lucky i have a boyfriend who loves me even in my dirty mens jeans, scuffed converse shoes and xkcd tshirts. He does hate that i don't condition or brush my hair but then i remind him how he shaved his long hair off and it made me sad so he can suck it up.

Never visited a women's college, I guess.

I consider myself a goddess some days and trash others.

I have a nice figure i guess i mean my hip to waist ratio is great. and i like my breasts for the most part(they could be more perky but whatever its what you get when you have ddd's) but my inner thighs, butt, stomach and upper arms just kill me. The stomach and butt mostly.
I dont normally feel to bad about my body though unless Im looking at pictures of other women, and the ones where you can tell they are real make me feel great because i can see a few of their flaws(that dont take away from their beauty) but when i see the ones that have fake boobs, or airbrushed skin or a perfect round butt, or like big everything but the stomach, something inside me just wants to die.

It also really kills me when my boyfriend shows me pictures of girls and they have fake tits or big everything but the stomach.(we have a very open relationship when it comes to sharing pictures of girls) and I know he likes me and my body, i know he likes how I look and that he is with me for more than what i offer up physically but idk, when he shows me those pictures I just believe that Im never going to live up to that. And then what starts out as a great conversation showing pictures turns into me crying because I think I look like crap and going to bed miserable. EDIT: dont get me wrong, i love sharing the pictures with him and most nights its great but some nights i just dont think high enough of myself to really enjoy it.

sorry for the rant lol.

I think I'm about average in the face, some good features and some not-so good. I'd say that I have a good body; I work out and try my best to keep my weight under control, eat the right things, take vitamins where I think my diet might be lacking.

If it wasn't for my personality, I don't think I'd have any trouble attracting a potential mate.
