Don't worry. I tend not to be a fashion person, so those are things I just made up!

As for that discussion on diet. Unless you're a serious athlete you don't need more than 35g of carbs a day. Those should be high quality carbs, not refined sugar. Fat isn't evil. Calorie restriction will backfire if you aren't aware of your actual caloric needs.
OK I get the part of about not restricting calories to heavily. I've learned that if I have a caloric deficit that is too large, I'll still lose weight but it will be more muscle mass.

But what I can't work out is how I can keep my calories reasonably high while staying at 35 grams of carbs per day. All of the foods I have access too have a lot more carbs than that. Especially since I have to stay in the city a lot. The office kitchen is far from fully equipped (it's basically a microwave and a sandwich press) and I have to stay in the city until the evening two nights per week for night classes. None of the restaurants or take-outs have anything low carb.

As trollcatman said, high carb foods are easily portable and that's why I can take them to work in my bag. I'd like to try the low carb diet to see if it works but I'm not sure how to handle the logistics of it.

I think... it's not for anyone else to decide when it's too early or not to get pregnant, except for the girl herself or a doctor... ..it must have been hard for her...looking even younger than she really was :/ and facing people with that mindset :(

your son really looks like your little brother Snowflake :o... it must be amusing to see people mistaking him for your brother :3

Sure, it's the couple decision, but you can't prevent me of reacting surprisingly to this.

I simply got surprised when I read her age, it's not a crime nor a sign of narrow mindset.

I can't call this thread a sausage fest anymore.

I should find another joke

You could say it's a sausage fest with a small side of fish tacos

That sounds awful and too Americanized.

I've changed my mind, I only like some types of taco.

It's funny how the most talkative guys in this thread never post pictures .
