huh? then what is THIS? - Ω
embrace the Ωμέγα! :bounce: :star: :bounce:

It's that I looked omega male in Urban Dictionary and the expression doesn't seem to be about losers at all. Hence my comment about losers not getting a cool Greek letter to describe themselves. :D

if you study how omegas function in things like wolf packs, the metaphoric link becomes clearer.

There is probably some truth to this but its not the complete picture.

alpha at one end, omega at the other, it takes both to make a world. the alphas eventually must learn to love the omegas as much as themselves, and the omegas need to learn to better discern which alphas are trustworthy.

The Omegas are the philosophers; the Alphas are the protectors; all other Greek letters fulfill their roles well.

Unlikely as long as the majority of a conscious species are at the subjective end of the consciousness spectrum. The higher up the objectivity scale you are, the more likelier you are to arrange your life accordingly and to deal with the majority with better understanding.

that is why I believe in reincarnation/karma, as almost no mere mortal can get it all right in one short lifetime. the long and winding road to evolvement doesn't allow for many shortcuts.

as the 15th letter of the greek alphabet, it would seem that omicrons are higher-ranking. mebbe us omegas have just learned to say "to hell with it" and embraced the Holland.

Not quite! Omega means "great o", whereas omicron means "little o".

thank you for the correction  but "little o" could also mean omicrons have been raped less by life. ;)

It is a natural reaction, some may say they like the more calm and nerdy guys but the reality is that this is almost never true. Attraction is not a concious process that one can fully explain or command, otherwise dating agencies would have a field day. A non-assertive attitude is a deal breaker for most women, which is especially an issue for men with autism who are less likely assertive. In the same sense a very assertive attitude in women is a deal breaker for many men. The response of autistic men may be to become rash or even aggressive when they realize they aren't assertive enough, which is going too far into the anti-social part of assertiveness. Balancing out the equation of how assertive you have to be in combination with thinking about what to say in what kind of intonation can be quite complicated. It is a high standard that must be met that for some takes a life time to bridge.

It all depends on what you want from the relationship and whether you want to start off with a fabrication.
