Now too bad that so much emphasis always has to be on physical appearance when everyone knows we age and some of us might not age so gracefully in physical appearance. Without a decent personality, appearance is just an outer shell. I consider myself simply plain, I don't consider myself pretty or beautiful while I know Pikachu does but well, I know he's biased for some reason.

PART of my judgment of physical attractiveness
has to do with seeing how the person will age.
I think that I'm pretty good at projecting 40 years
or so onto someone.

Another issue is that those whom time is not terribly
kind to, will still be remembered in the light in which
they were first seen. So, if one is NEVER physically
attracted, they never will be, but a bit of aging doesn't
matter. I know that I always saw my wife as the little
girl that I met.

Aspies being better looking is easy to understand. Unlike ugly NTs, ugly Aspies changes of having children are very small. Evolution terms aspies will compensate with their lack of social skills with better look or more wealth, those do not, often will not pass on their aspie genes to the next generation. The question is why are NTs uglier generally, because ugly NTs often have good social skills or charm. I am taller, bigger, stronger and faster younger/ better looking then your average NT. I am screwed if I should develop bad breath.

Um, ugly people can get with other ugly people and have kids... it's not that unheard of...

And judging by the frequent topics in this forum, good looks isn't a prerequisite to having relationship troubles. Perhaps attractive Aspie women have kids more than the unattractive Aspie women... maybe. In fact I can reason it being completely different on the Men's side of things, where unattractive Aspie men are more wiling to go out unattractive women... who are also more likely to have issues with the social problems those men have.

People over think just how much physical appearance makes in the ability to further the human race... I don't think it matters much at all. People are going to mate... even if everyone in the world is ugly...

What I was merely trying to say is that most people I have met think they are betting looking than they actually are.

This is just from my personal experience growing up from Michigan, In the United States but I don't honestly think places like London, Austrailia, Italy, Etc would be that much different.

You will notice how most guys only go for the hot girls, even though most of the time the guys aren't very attractive themselves.

And vice versa, you will see how most girls only go for the hot muscular guys, who most of the time are dicks. When I was in high school, I was a huge dick, but it was okay because I was "hot."

Responding to what Mark said, not every guy who has posted necessarily thinks that they are good or great looking.

I don't know if that comment was directed toward me, since I've never posted my picture as of yet.

I notice that a lot of people will do it to increase their own self-esteem. Especially around their friends, who will nod their heads and agree with them.

It just really irritates me when people think they are a 10, when they are like a 4.

It kind of makes me want to go up to them and smack them in the face for making such a comment.

People just need to look in the mirror and accept the fact that they are not the prettiest thing in the world.

Besides, revolving your world away the way you look makes you very very shallow. Trust me- I know.

As to everything else, I would only assume that most Aspies are average looking I guess. If all Aspies where computer porgrammers/Computers geeks then they probably wouldn't be good looking.

Sometimes the stereotypes are just the way it is.

Most aspies are interesting looking imo.

Ppl are attracted to other ppl of a similar attractiveness to themselves. And outsiders can do this too.. for instance "she's SO out of his league".. "what's he doing with a fugly like that", etc. So if this is true , then ugly ppl tend to GO FOR ugly ppl.

Though I haven't researched it enough to include autistic ppl in that equation.

I think everyones good looking. I really don't look at the physical appearance of people for whatever reason.
