^ I am nicer to you lately because you're a moderator now, not because of your pic.

At least you are honest.
Some people just start treating you like you have been close friends forever and you end up wondering what leads them to think that you are going to fall for that one.

Gadge, you should not be shy and reserved. You are a very good looking man. That picture actually makes you look interesting, confident, and attractive. Good choice!

I asked myself whats the negative vs positive, I guess the main reason is so someone can put a face with the name. I'm really tired of being shy and reserved.

Good for you, that is a good picture, you come across as a confident person in the photo and the sunglasses make you look like something out of a spy movie which is very appealing.

I wasn't sure if Boo was being witty or serious.

Actually I think you come across to me as someone who is bold and direct in your opinions which isn't a fault of character but you won't be able to please everyone, I'm the exactly the same. I have actually found that disagreements and discussions on this forum tend to be productive, I don't know why some people take them so personally, I have even seen members result to insulting or swearing at other members on several occasions. However I have found that most people tend to be very helpful and friendly on this forum.

Luckily, you're pleasant to look at, so it's good.

That is an understatement...he is absolutely adorable....(as in, my son is the same age kinda way).

Gadge, you're totally welcome. Always nice to give an honest compliment.

I don't know what it is about those eyes, cinbad, but I keep wanting to stare at them. Because it's a photo you don't get someone staring angrily back at you as you would in real life...

...and when I see your username I think of that bloke who used to be on Brookside (an British soap opera that ran for 20 years and finished in 2003) called Sinbad. ;)

I know, but I didn't want to further embarrass him after that whole "green eyes appreciation" post.

I think a lot of people who wouldn't post their faces as their avatars (male or female singles here) would and do post their pictures in the 'post a pic' thread on the members only area. I think the trouble is - avatars are to express - and often enough we'd rather post a picture of something that we 'did' select rather than something nature selected for us and which may be arbitrary to the thrust of our personalities.

No, it's not just you... Point taken
