I think you'll find in your studies, you are actually wrong as marathon running is more to do with endurance, mentality and cardiovascular fitness whereas sports like sprinting are to do with explosive power, short bursts of stamina and powerful muscles. You will definitely find if you put someone on a caloric intake below the 500 calories they require and put them on intense programs that involve weightlifting, plyometrics, explosive body workouts and sprinting, they will soon lose that weight. We've been over this before and even discussed certain programs that have resulted in people shedding tons of weight.

i am not sure how that is supposed to be an example of... depth. is there a reference to Nietzsche in there somewhere, or something ironic that i missed?

Not depth but showing that I like humour and making girls giggle which is another important factor to attraction.

read the articles, please. you are not commenting on the actual content. you stated that a person could not be fit and obese, and you are incorrect - science says otherwise.

i think that ultimately, a good point is that b9 doesn't stoop to judging people on aesthetics, and he shows compassion for people who maybe don't fit into society's concept of "ideal". he seeks and finds beauty in places where other people don't even look. i think he is an excellent role model.
